What you’ll be doing:
>> Working as part of our Finance Team in daily tasks (e.g. invoicing, payments, accounting, documentation, etc.)
>> Analyzing costs, sales figures and actual company results in relation to budget and forecasts
>> Supporting budgets and periodic forecasts preparation
>> Supporting CFO in reporting to the stakeholders and financial reporting
>> Monitoring daily financial operations in the company, tracking its financial situation and results, taking care of accounting data reliability
>> Developing performance analysis: creating KPIs, tracking key metrics in different departments and product groups, implementing metrics improvements

What you’ll need:
>> 2-3 years of professional experience in an Accounting department
>> Experience with reporting and analysis
>> Good command of MS Office (especially in Excel), Qlik Sense will be an additional advantage
>> Very good communication skills
>> Attention to detail and good organization of work
>> Good command of English (B2)
>> Fluency in Polish
>> Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
