What you’ll be doing:
• Tracking and analysis of project costs including timesheets, travel, expenses.
• Preparing and maintaining of cost trackers
• Preparing and posting of journals
• Supporting the month end close, ensuring accurate treatment and analysis of cost as business exit related or linked to delivery of Transitional Services (covered under TSA’s (Transitional services agreements)
• Administrating of purchase orders and checking of supplier invoices against purchase orders.
• Contributing company reporting process
• Ad hoc analysis and query resolution
• Managing the preparation of invoicing for TSA’s (transition service agreements), collating clear supporting information to support monthly variable billing.
• Supporting reporting to the acquirer post disposal
Skills you need to succeed:
• Degree in finance, business, economics, accounting or any other related field
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency in the rest of Ms Office
• Strong attention to detail
• An analytical, enquiring and methodical skills
• Confidence communication with the ability to work with finance / non finance people at all levels
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple deadlines
