Junior Finance Administrator
What you’ll be doing:
• Overseeing sales invoicing process
• Processing suppliers’ invoices
• Creating purchase orders
• Preparing financial reports
• Dealing with customers and suppliers’ queries that relate to invoicing
• Liaising with external and internal stakeholders via email and phone
Skills you need to succeed:
• Good oral and written English skills – B2 level
• Attention to details
• Ability to stay calm under time pressure
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and develop as a Finance Administrator
