Responsibilities
- Manages and execute Order to Cash or Collection Helpdesk processes
- Support to maintain and improve service performance metrics reports, as required
- Invoice, Payments Travel and Expense Processing Assists in the identification, assessment and resolution of complex issues problems

Requirements
- Very good Portuguese and English min. B2
- High accuracy and focus on details
- Experience in analytical activities
- Highly developed computer skills (MS Office)
