Our client, The Ammega Group was founded in 2018 as a result of merging the conveyor industry Ammeraal Beltech conveyor business with Megadyne’s power transmission and fluid power business. You might not even know, however probably you are able to see their products in many aspects of everyday life, like at the airports, food production, logistics centers, shop floors, and even in your gym or local supermarket. Their main production is directed to conveyor belts, power transmission belts and hydraulic hoses which we use every day.

For Ammega, I am currently looking for a Cash Collection Specialist who will join a new Business Service Centre in KATOWICE.

Key Accountabilities:

To support whole process through dedicated, automated system
To verify and review details of client accounts & due payments
To contact clients by phone and/pr e-mail to discuss payments
To monitor payment deadlines and send reminders by e-mail
To be the contact person for clients with regards to receivables and payments
To recognise and escalate difficult issues and specific queries to Cash Collection Leader until they are resolved
To support meeting internal and external financial deadlines by providing required information
To make input to Cash Collection/AR procedures and manuals
To ensure compliance with local laws and regulations

Experience required:

Degree in Finance/Accounting or related field will be a strong asset
Experience in AR/AP or Cash Collection department
Fluency in both written and spoken English
Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel
Excellent planning and organization skills
Analytical and detail oriented mindset
Perform effectively under conditions of fluctuating workload
Flexibility, especially in the period of month-end closing
Basic decision-making ability
