Junior Accountant / Finance
Scope of responsibilities:
- entering documents into the accounting system, verification and accounting (purchase invoices, business expenses settlements, direct debits, sales invoices)
- posting bank statements
- assistance with activities related to the month-end closing process
- maintaining contact with suppliers and customers of the company
- cooperation with BU Skanska in Poland and Europe as part of the Shared Service Center
- collecting information and data necessary to prepare analyzes and reports related to a given project
- performing other office work ordered by the person responsible for the project / company
- team collaboration in order to complete tasks on time
- taking care of the company's image
You are a perfect candidate, if you:
- have higher education (also final year students) - preferred fields of study: finance and accounting, economics
- have at least one year of experience in work in finance / accounting, working in Shared Service will be an additional advantage
- know MS Office software, you know Excel very well
- are a person involved in raising qualifications and gaining new experiences
- have a very good command of the English language (telephone and e-mail contact with the client), level min. B2
- speak Polish at a minimum level of C1
- have knowledge of Romanian, Hungarian or Czech (will be an advantage)
- can organize your work very well
- are independent, initiative, detail-oriented and methodical in performing your duties
- take responsibility for your work
