Scope of responsibilities:
- registration, verification, posting of financial and accounting documents, e.g. sales invoices, bank statements, booking and accounting orders
- accruals, compensations, deductions, write-downs for receivables, redemption of receivables
- confirming balances
- proper conduction of all accounting activities based on the currently applicable provisions of law and systematic supplementation of this - knowledge so that the preparation, circulation and archiving of documents takes place in a correct manner
- preparation of analyzes and reports
- participation in the month-end and quarter-end processes
- tests of specific system functionalities based on test scenarios
- training, support, monitoring of the work of less experienced team members
- supporting other Teams in preparing information of a specific type, e.g. for the purposes of fiscal control, non-fiscal state institutions, audits etc.


You are a perfect candidate, if you:
- have higher education (preferred fields of study: finance / accounting / economics)
- have min. 2 years of experience in a similar position
- have experience in working with the financial and accounting system
- know accounting regulations and tax law
- speak English at a minimum level of B2
- speak Polish at a minimum level of C1
- are very good at using Excel
- have highly developed team collaboration skills
- organize and manage your working time very well
- are a responsible person
- like to take the initiative
