Good command of English and Italian
Has positive attitude in the area of corporate communication, customer oriented attitude

Has good analytical skills
Knows MS Office (especially Outlook and Excel)
What will you do?
• Daily bank items handling – classifying bank items to proper stream (R2A. AR or AP), assigning to proper GL accounts, clearings of bank accounts
• HR data settlement e.g. employees building loans, wage taxes
• Intercompany tasks – analyzing and eliminating internal postings differences on a quarterly basis
• VAT tasks – preparing data for VAT declaration, analyzing VAT differences, EU sales submission, VAT refund preparation and submission (on a yearly basis)
• Ad hoc tasks
• Participation in transition processes
Who will you be working with?
For our Client in Katowice Delivery Center we are recruiting candidates who would like to be a part of a fantastic delivery team with the option to take part in the transition of R2R processes and to help in building a new team. The scope involved covers processes: GL (GL reconciliations, Intercompany (IC), Cash management and Banking).
