Who are we looking for?

Requirements:

1- year experience in Customer Service
Fluent French
English B2
Enthusiastic, positive attitude to support a constructive working climate
Team player
Able to work under pressure
Computer literate

What will you do?

Ensure that the daily activities are fulfilled according to the timetable agreed with Team Leader
Achieve targets to maximise productivity, quality and service standards.
Responsible for a customer focused service towards the client, reacting to client requests and queries in a timely fashion.
Maintain a proactive working attitude towards the client
Demonstrate knowledge of processes and procedures relevant to the function
Job specification
Log and respond for the e-mail/phone queries within agreed deadline
S2P activities (if required however not in contradiction to SOD)
Invoice Processing / T&E / Master Data / Pre-Process / Capture / Authorize / Payment / Reporting
