Customer Engagement Specialist (Evidence Lab)
Do you like being in the front line of the customer support? Can you manage various complex issues?
We’re looking for a person to:
- support clients with the use of the new UBS Evidence Lab Innovations client portal
- support clients on the use of the hundreds of UBS Evidence Lab Innovations data assets available within the portal
- direct client questions to the relevant UBS Evidence Lab Innovations SMEs
- create documentation to scale the support operations
- advise Evidence Lab product owners on client questions related to their products.

You will be working in Eximius Business Park, Zabierzów.
You will be the first in the role and will be relied upon to be an independent thinker with a strong entrepreneurial attitudes allied to very strong organizational skills and aptitude.
- ideally 3+ Years' experience in a customer support role, across multiple support channels
- bachelor degree preferably in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics or Finance.
- very strong written and verbal skills in English
- highly organized with very good MS Excel and process documentations skills
- have very strong customer support background and be able to multi-task, have a sense of urgency
- eager to learn new industries and technologies in a fast paced environment.
