Your new company
For our Client, international company that recently opened its branch in Katowice, we are currently looking for Technical Support Engineer with Spanish language.

Your new role
Holding the position of Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and respond to incoming inquiries in the area IT-Service Desk / User HelpDesk. You will actively support users in dealing with IT applications (also via remote software) and you will look for solutions within the given framework. You will need to document, classify and prioritize the incoming hardware and software malfunctions by means of a central HelpDesk system and forward them to corresponding support units.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful candidate you need to hold IT related education and/or corresponding professional experience in the IT environment. You need to have advanced knowledge of Windows 7 and Microsoft products. Analytical skills, goal-oriented thinking as well as team working skills are very essential on the role. Due to work in international environment and Spanish-speaking countries you need to hold very good Spanish and English language skills
