On behalf of our Client, newly established SSC in Tricity, we are currently looking for HR Manager.
Your new role
Holding the position of HR Manager you will be expected to endorse the necessary actions to make sure KPI’s are managed, monitored and met on timely manner. You will be responsible for implementation of strategies that increase employee engagement and retention in line with company culture and values. You will be also identifying and improving HR initiatives to improve processes and enhance service delivery excellence. Your duties will also include managing hire to retire process (including onboarding), actively attracting talent using diverse recruitment channels, leading and managing retention and Talent development processes and initiatives and complying, analyzing and reporting HR metrics. Furthermore, HR Manager will manager HR data administration and support the HR budget and coach and support leaders in managing employee performance and deliver high quality employee communication.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need to have previous experience in Shared Services/Business Services delivery in an HR leadership role (preferably from start-up organization). You should also possess experience in recruiting in a fast-paced growing environment. Strong business judgment as well as knowledge of labor law is a must. The ideal Candidate will be a pragmatic person with strong analytical skills, service orientation and proactive attitude. Fluency in English is required.
